We launched Nantucket AI as the consultancy arm to Sherry Logistics — pairing strategy and workforce training with the engineering that actually ships. The website had to make that point on first scroll.
30 miles out to sea, but on the frontier.
Most AI consultancies look the same — gradients, mascot icons, vague promises. NantucketAI needed a site that signaled the opposite: serious, place-bound, and built by people who actually ship. The hero had to land the brand promise in one breath.
Designed with Claude Code, in the loop.
We paired in-house design and strategy with Claude Code as an embedded engineering collaborator — pair-programming the Three.js wave mesh, GSAP ScrollTrigger choreography, and Next.js App Router structure in long live sessions. Claude wrote the shader math; we directed the art. Deployed on Vercel.
A scroll experience, not a brochure.
The hero opens on a dark Atlantic at night — a continuous Three.js wave mesh modulated by mouse and scroll. GSAP drives section reveals, text masks, and a lighthouse-beam motif that travels with the viewport. Every section is a structured answer block — readable for humans, citable for AI answer engines.
